Top 3 star hotel with over 140 rooms in Northamptonshire, requires an Assistant Conference & Events Manager to join their busy team. This candidate must have a good knowledge of the hospitality market and will be aware of what this role involves, by having similar experience in hotels. Good sales ability, excellent communication skills, a positive motivated personality and a real team player are necessary skills.
